Brick stitch is an off-loom seed bead weaving stitch that can be made into endless patterns. In this class, use Delica beads in brick stitch to create an owl motif. Then glue it onto a bookmark. A perfect combination for beading in the City of Literature. These owls make awesome earrings, too.

Prerequisites: Pre-requisite: Any wirework experience, including Make 3 Pairs of Earrings on Jan. 11, Wire Wrapping Stones on Jan. 18, or, Copper and Pearl Wire Wrapped Bracelet on Jan. 25.
This is the second in a series of wire wrapped stone classes. Use wire to capture a stone using different shapes of wire. Participants will learn to coil and weave wires together for layers of embellishment.

Bead Camp is for kids 8 years old and up. This morning session includes two projects. The first project is making a bracelet using Czech pressed glass on flexible wire. No needle, easy to finish, and strong. The second project uses soda, tea, and other aluminum beverage containers to make flowers.
For those wanting more than one session of Bead Camp, the cost goes down to $49/session. This discount cannot be offered on line. Please call to get this discount. Each session of Bead Camp needs a minimum of 4 participants.
