This is a 2 Part class with the second session on Sunday, November 6, from noon to 4pm.
Part 1 of this class will focus on creating 14 flower components for this great holiday ornament. Participants will use SuperDuo and Toho round seed beads. Some components may need to be made in between Parts 1 & 2 of this class—yes, there is homework. Part 2 of this class will place a focus on connecting components around the ornament.

This is a great intermediate peyote project. Adding the dangle, making the ring, then some embellishment around the outside of the ring are great for building your beading skills. And you have a nice pair of earrings when you are all done. This kit contains fresh water pearls, Toho round seed beads, needle, thread, and niobium ear wires.

This is a great project to expand your herringbone stitch skills. The kit includes bronze Toho round seed beads, cream Swarovski pearls in 2 sizes, and gold filled ear wires. You will make a band that will fit around the pearl, then create one clover leaf and connect it, then the second. The last step is to add your pearls and ear wires.

Use Cubed Right Angle Weave (CRAW) and Toho seed beads to create a curved armature as the base of the pendant. Then embellish with layers of Swarovski crystals. This project can easily be made bigger for a larger pendant and done twice to create a pair of earrings.

Cubed Right Angle Weave (CRAW) is a fun and fascinating stitch. It is hard to learn from video or written instructions. In this class you will learn CRAW with larger Toho seed beads to create a pendant. Move on to embellishing the piece by “stitchin’ in the ditch”.
This class serves as a prerequisite for Embellished CRAW Pendant on October 29.

Double St. Petersburg Chain Bracelet through Kirkwood

This stitch originated in Russia. This class will get you familiar with the double version of this stitch with lots of repetition to create a bracelet. This stitch is great for making leaf motifs, too. You will use Toho seed beads and pressed glass from the Czech Republic.
