Turn your peyote stitch into cellini stitch by utilizing varied size beads in your stitching. Create a few rounds of peyote, then switch the direction of your spiral to create a bold and elegant middle. Then finish up your other end to create a slide into which you can add a beaded lariat, chain, or other cord of your choosing.

This is a 2 Part class with the second session on Sunday, November 6, from noon to 4pm.
Part 1 of this class will focus on creating 14 flower components for this great holiday ornament. Participants will use SuperDuo and Toho round seed beads. Some components may need to be made in between Parts 1 & 2 of this class—yes, there is homework. Part 2 of this class will place a focus on connecting components around the ornament.

This luxurious looking adornment will be a fun exploration into these materials. Hemming wire cloth and stitching beads using simple beading techniques will be covered. You can turn this piece into a barrette by simply stitching on a different finding.

This intermediate lampworking class will challenge you to layer many colors of glass, creating a large bead. Then use rubio (glass with gold in it) dots and melt them in to spread open the top layer of glass to reveal what is underneath.
