For those with basic hollow glass skills, this class hones your skills with blowing boro hollow tube glass with decorative elements. The result is a blown glass sphere with a bail for hanging. Get ready to go into the studio to make friends and family holiday ornaments, yard art, or very large earrings!
Must be at least 15 years old to participate.
Baroque Cabochon Bracelet through Kirkwood

Using 2-hole cabochon beads and SuperDuos, learn to create an oval component. The components include Toho round seed beads and Czech fire polish beads. Create the next component off of the previous one to get to your desired length for this beautiful, beaded bracelet.

Felting with Charlie: Bead Making

Prerequisites:
Pick your staff person, pick your time, and pick the skill you want to learn or refresh. Brainstorm with our expert staff on how to begin or finish a project. Get some one-on-one time for anything we know how to do. Sessions are $35 per person, are 45 minutes long, and begin on the hour. Materials are extra or bring your own.
You’ll need to call 319 338-1566 or come in to register for a time slot or slots.
Class Cancellation Policy
Class fees are due at time of registration. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance of class in order to receive store credit. There are no cash refunds for cancellations issued by the student.
If Beadology Iowa cancels a class, the student can choose to transfer registration to another class, receive store credit, or receive a cash refund.
With a completed class, participants will receive a single-use card good for double rewards points on an entire purchase within 10 days of the class.




New Class! Friday Night Out: Round Link Drop Earrings

Using square wire, create a link. Then use round wire to make a hinge. Add a drop and you have an earring with an abundance of movement that is great to look at and fun to wear. This looks way more complicated to construct than it is.
