Advocating for a Safe Community, is a three-session course designed to build allyship skills towards ending sexual violence in our community. The first course will help participants understand the societal stereotypes, behaviors and barriers that make up rape culture. The second and third course will build strategies for combating rape culture such as survivor allyship, practicing consent, and bystander intervention. Participants may attend one, two or all three sessions. Those who attend all three will receive a certificate.
