The glass features the cremains which are entirely encased. The results resemble a galaxy explosion and makes for a visually interesting and emotional physical memento of a loved one. The remains may be that of a human, companion animal, or beloved livestock. Pictured here are a 8 opaque colors–white, yellow, cobalt, pea green, black, turquoise amethyst, and pastel purple. Please see a sample of the transparent colors. It is best to call to order cremain beads and we can arrange to get the remains from the cremation process from you. Emerald Beetle Wing Earrings

These earrings are made using wings with the Emerald Beetle, Sternaceras Echisinata, from Thailand. Our supply comes from a rainforest sustainability program. When the beetles are done copulating, the males die and litter the forest floor. 20% are collected for export. The remainder are allowed to decompose and replenish the forest floor.
These earrings are all natural, lightweight, and make a lovely sound as they hit each other as you move.

Fireline is wonderful for off loom seed bead weaving. It has the strength to handle beading with crystals, 2-hole beads, and rougher edged glass. It can bring stiffness if you are new to beading or bead loosely. It comes in the colors Crystal and Smoke, both of which come in 6lb and 8lb varieties. Each spool is 50 yards.

Opelon Stretch Jewelry Fiber (elastic)

This is our favorite flexwire. It has great drape, is slow to kink, and is very strong. It is 19 strands of stainless steel wires coated in nylon. We carry it in 6 sizes. .018″ is the most common size, but it comes in .010″, .012″, .014″, .021″, or .024″ in a 30 foot rolls.

Beaded Necklace with Slide and Bell Filled Pendant

The lariat on this piece by Karen Kubby utilizes spiral herringbone to get the twist. The slide is using peyote stitch and you can move it to be in your favorite position. The bottom part of the pendant has 2 bells inside. This piece is 24″ and is very light weight.
