Twisted fringe is a Victorian era technique that desperately deserves to have a comeback. To make these earrings COVID-era friendly, you will need to find an alternative to using “grandma spit” on your fingers to make the fringe twist. We suggest water or those rubber finger tips you can get at a office supply store (and who doesn’t love their office supplies?). This kit includes Swarovski crystals and sterling silver headpins and ear wires.
