Prerequisites: No experience needed.
Description:
This class will teach you the art of lampworking, a technique of using a torch and melting glass rods to create various shapes. Safety and appropriate equipment handling are emphasized. Your beads will need to stay in a kiln overnight to be annealed.
NOTE: Participants must be at least 15 years old.

Registration is $120 and includes all materials, use of tools and equipment, and instruction.

Prerequisites: No experience needed.
Learn to use bronze clay by creating a set of beads that can be used in jewelry making. Techniques will be emphasized. Discussion on how to finish metal clay pieces will be discussed. Students’ work will be fired and tumble polished. Work can be picked up the following week.
