One pair is a bronze iris bead, meaning the main color is bronze, yet there are flicks of blue and purple as well. This pair has gold filled ear wires. The other pair in blue iris with sterling silver ear wires that are the same size and price.

Emerald Beetle Wing Earrings

These earrings are made using wings with the Emerald Beetle, Sternaceras Echisinata, from Thailand. Our supply comes from a rainforest sustainability program. When the beetles are done copulating, the males die and litter the forest floor. 20% are collected for export. The remainder are allowed to decompose and replenish the forest floor.
These earrings are all natural, lightweight, and make a lovely sound as they hit each other as you move.
