A beautifully carved piece of carnelian is skillfully wire wrapped as the centerpiece of this necklace by Cheryl Weatherford. The rest of the necklace is made of sodalite, moonstone, and copper chain around the back. The closure is a Bali-style toggle. The necklace measures 20″.

Larimar is becoming scarce, and this is a beautiful specimen. Not only that, but it’s made more beautiful by the talents and skills of Zanetta Hoehle. She uses bronze wire to wrap it and then make a chain using a technique called Viking knit. It has an adjustable length between 15″-17″.
